Letter from Leonidas H. Berry to Edward S. Cooper, MD, chairman, Council on Medical Recruitment,

stating that he received a copy of Cooper's letter to Dr. Armstrong commenting on Berry's pre-published recommendations for recruitment programs, and that Cooper's letter expresses a misunderstanding and misinterpretation of what is stated; believes when his report is made to the Trustee Board of the House of Delegates that the rationale and intent will be clear to everyone
