Letter from Leonidas H. Berry to Seymour Simon, president, Cook County Board of Commissioners,

stating his concerns that in the present times of great national crisis there is no African American doctor in any position of policy making or administrative authority at Cook County Hospital, and that after Berry's 17 years of voluntary service it might be advisable for community relations to create the position of chairman of the gastrointestinal endoscopy service, which he would greatly appreciate
