to Dr. Leonidas H. Berry, saying that he has checked the budgets of the Narcotics Addict Outpatient Clinic program and that the annual allotment for Provident Hospital is $24,000 and the annual allotment for Northwestern University is $25,000, which would make $16,000 available to be used over the next 16 months for expansion of the program at Cook County Jail if the clinics stay within their budgets
