Clinical Aspects of Domestic Violence for the Obstetrician/Gynecologist, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, 1993

Following the release of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' Technical Bulletin on "The Battered Woman 1989, (the first time the ACOG officially addressed domestic violence), the organization produced this video that instructs OBGYNs on techniques for routine screening for domestic violence, intervening, making referrals, and assessing risks. The video features an introduction with Richard F. Jones, MD, then-president of the ACOG and a leading physician-reformer in the efforts to improve medical services for women who were battered.
