    "Lo spirito pubblico, che comprende la estrema importanza e la vastità del problema, segue con interesse e con tiducia l'opera del Governo Fascista che ha posto la lotta contro la tubercolosi fra gli obbiettivi fondamentali della sua attività. Occorre che scienziati, legislatori, filantropi constituiscano una specie di fronte unico, per condurre a vittoriosa fine la grande battaglia." Mussolini

    "Public spirit, which understands the extreme importance and the vastness of the problem, follows with interest and with confidence the Fascist Government's actions that has placed the fight against tuberculosis among the fundamental objectives of its activity. It is needed that scientists, policy-makers, philanthropists constitute a kind of united front, to lead to a victorious end of the great battle." Mussolini
