noting his annual and emergency contributions to NAACP, and offering suggestions for statements for demonstration leaders in Washington, noting "there seems to me to be an over emphasis on the 'moral' obligation of Whites. There are millions of Whites and Negroes who do not know the extent to which Negroes have earned the rights which they seek...."
