New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry, East Orange, New Jersey, to Leonidas H. Berry, stating that his premedication paper is so good and valuable that he can't bear to use it at the end of the main article simply as discussion, and asks if he make it an editorial, further stating that "you covered some of the most important points that are known to the seasoned endoscopist but appear to have been forgotten by the younger men"
