Detroit, Michigan, regarding Wilson's planning for a program on narcotic addiction for young people Berry states that his interest in the problem of narcotic addiction has largely been at the administrative level, such as fundraising and coordinating the work of a psychiatrist, social worker, probation officer, and law enforcement officials; Berry suggests that the best person to give a program would be a psychiatrist in Detroit who has experience counseling young people with narcotic addiction
