Danger Assessment, 1988
Jacquelyn Campbell developed the Danger Assessment tool to help health care workers assist women who had been abused determine the risk of being killed by their intimate partners. In this 1988 version of the assessment, there are 15 questions to which a woman would answer with "yes" or "no." The data from the assessment would help health care worker assist the survivor of abuse in determining future risk of violence and options for dealing with her situation.
